As some of you here know, we’re building the project of our dreams in Ourique, Portugal: Vila Akoya – a tiny house village and creative campsite (www.vila-akoya.com).
Now, as purchasing the most beautiful campsite in Portugal, and renovating it to become that fantastic project that we have dreamed about for the better part of our lives, is a seriously costly endeavour, we figured to create this win-win-win situation:
You get a stay with us for the lowest price it will ever be. One that you can use any time between now and 2029. And we, hopefully, get a lot of pre-bookings with the most wonderful of people who are going to be friends of the family and project for a life to come. This will free up funds, right at the beginning, for us to: build the playgrounds and other kids areas, shared spaces, wellness areas, the food-, flower- and herbal- gardens, the farm, forests and animals, a forest gym, games and sport areas, outdoor cinema, shared kitchens and bbq areas, places to sit, play, eat, create and dance, interesting nooks and corners, art installations, spaces in and around the river, making little drive-in livingrooms for when you come visit us with your camper or caravan, and adding unique accommodations for if you do not have a camper or caravan yourself, and more. What’s the project we’re setting out to create here?
Think of a wholesome festival meets artistic campsite meets permaculture farm meets eco-village sort of space. Where we spend our days in the sun, surrounded by nature, great friends and family, animals, good food and clean water.
A place where our kids grow up together in nature, have their own homeschooling hub and get to spend their days outdoor busy with lots of extracurricular activities, camps, adventure and play. And where we, the adults, get to create lots, have daily workshop to attend to, work, eat and have fun together, grow foods, take care of the forest, the creatures, ourselves and each other and build and run one of the most fantastic and unique creative eco-campsites Portugal has ever seen. 🌈

Here are the pre-booking options:
Option 1:
pre-book your monthly stay with us, in your own caravan, tent or camper.
Valid until January 2029.
€420 instead of €600 per month
Pre-book a maximum of 6 months
Option 2:
pre-book a 2-week stay in one of our cute homes-on-wheels or bell tents with one bed.
Valid until December 2029.
You can purchase two of these if you need two beds (either two caravans or a tiny home with two bedrooms)
€420 instead of €600
Option 3:
pre-book a one-month stay with us in one of our cute homes on wheels with one bed.
Valid until December 2029.
You can purchase two of these if you’ll need two beds (either two caravans or a tiny home with two bedrooms)
€660 instead of €900
Pre-book a maximum of 6 months
Option 4:
Purchase a voucher for any amount that will go towards your stay with us. You can use this for staying with your own home-on-wheels, or for renting one (or more) of ours.
Whenever you use your voucher, we’ll give you 30% discount on your stay, until you used up your voucher value ❤️
You may use your pre-booking voucher at any point until December 2029. You can also gift or transfer your voucher to someone else, if you like. ☺️
To to make things more exciting, one of the wonderful humans who joins us in this pre-booking period, will receive:
90 nights with us in your own home-on-wheels
OR
60 nights with us in one of our tiny homes or unique homes-on-wheels 🏡
You may use this prize in shorter chunks – a weekend here, a midweek there – until the amount is done.
